Financial Manager (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee all financial operations of our nonprofit organization. This role ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) for nonprofits and applicable regulations, while maintaining accurate and transparent financial systems.
 
Responsibilities include managing general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts payable, cash flow, grants management, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial and statistical reports. The Financial Manager will also monitor budgets and support leadership in maintaining strong fiscal stewardship.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in nonprofit financial management

Since our incorporation in December 2000, HCCDC has served as a centralized resource for planning, community engagement, and funding development within our tribal community. We work closely with community stakeholders to support initiatives that strengthen and sustain our people.

HCCDC is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of tribal members and community leaders.
